You're assigned a group project. What role do you end up taking?

In group projects we’re supposed to work together. I’ll do the part assigned to me and leave the leading to someone better at organizing the group.

[Leading isn’t something Todoroki is cut out for. That much has been shown to be true with how often he does his own thing unless reigned in.]

I don’t want to be the one in charge. Iiida and Yayorozu are far more cut out for that kind of work. They know how to arrange others by their strengths and weaknesses, so whatever they thought would be fitting for me, I'd do it.

{As long as it was class assignment related. Outside of that it was hard to pair him with a group with how strong and destructive his quirks could be.]

You have the chance to anonymously send a letter to someone who's wronged you in the past. What does it say?

[That question is going to take some time to answer. Not that Todoroki has a long list or anything… he genuinely can’t think of anyone that he would send a letter like that to. Endeavor had been the last hurdle in Todoroki’s acceptance of his past, and that ended far more favorable than he thought it would.

So he stays quiet for an uncomfortable amount of time till he finally opens his mouth.]

What if I’ve already made up with anyone who wronged me? Is there a different letter I could write?

[He really doubts that his brother Toya, now Dabi, would be swayed by something like a letter.]

Someone you admire very much has just done something you find reprehensible. How do you deal with the situation?

The only thing I would find reprehensible is if one of my friends or classmates were to become a villain.

[Other than All Might, Midoriya would come closest to someone Todoroki admires.]

Villains are to be fought and defeated, stopped so they don’t destroy society… No one I am close to would take that route. So, thinking about what I would do is a waste of time. I don’t know what I would find more reprehensible than that. We’re all working on becoming pro-heroes.

If you could achieve all your goals right now, what would your life look like?

[Seeing as hero society as a whole is crumbling? That’s hard to answer.]

I had a goal to become the best pro-hero I could be. One that surpassed my father Endeavor. I don’t think that’s going to happen for a long time now.

[So what would be a good answer… he takes a moment longer to ponder that. With everything being as derailed as it is, goals had more of a back seat. Wishes on the other hand could be considered goals, right?]

My goal right now is to make sure all of my friends stay as safe as they can and to put an end to the villains who’ve interrupted our society. I can plan on what my life will look like after that.

Someone tells you all your flaws. What did they tell you, and are they right or wrong?

[Ah. That question makes Todoroki pull a face. He almost doesn’t answer, yet he knows he has to.]

I get told a lot about my flaws.

[Does he have to go on? Each time it happens there’s some shock. His sister Fuyumi pointing out he can’t cook. Taking things too literally like during his training interview with Mt. Lady. Saying weird and random things that makes others wonder out loud about how weird Todoroki can be, like Midoriya and Iida did when they were in the hospital together… there’s a lot to cover. He’s quite an airhead who lacks a lot of social skills due to his upbringing.]

Could I have a different question? I don't know how to answer this one.

Power 1: Cat Talk - Ability to understand/speak to felines. The larger and more wild the cat is, the less Todoroki will understand, so his ability works better with domestic and smaller cat types.
Power 2: Perfect Landing - An uncanny ability to right himself before he hits the ground to land on his feet. Not that it always works. The more relaxed he is in his surroundings, the more likely he will just land right on his butt or back, so different conditions affect if this will work or not.
Power 3: Shape Change - Only a partial change that will give him more feline characteristics, such as ears, tail, claws, and fur can be controlled. Accidental change into a full cat ends up with Todoroki stuck like that for a few hours.
